Organized Ways of Using Baby Product Samples

12/13/2018

Were you one of those expectant moms who gathered every sample that is free at fair and each baby store? Did you sign up to receive as baby related mail as possible in hopes of obtaining more of those little packets you were sure you would need and use? I could not walk close to a baby store or a baby department without scanning tables and aisles for free packs, samples and trial size products. My friends that were dutiful loaded me up with tubes and much more miniature bottles of'travel' products for our arrival. When my beautiful little girl was born I went to use my stash of samples for her first sponge bath and was presented with a new packs of stuff smearing all over my child's brand new furniture and my counter-tops.

Because I was too stubborn to eliminate the lot (and really still too attached due to my scavenging work)I found ways to use the tubes, packets and little bottles of product without the mess. While trying out a plethora of merchandise I even saved some money.

Avoid leaving a sticky mess in the bathroom by squeezing the packets and bottles of baby in addition to over-soaping the baby wash into a multi-function baby scrubber tool or a pump dispenser. Be sure you use one type at a time to avoid irritating the skin of your baby and to avoid creating a chemical reaction or a scented scrub. This not only saves money but it also eliminates the soapy mess on the side of your tub from half used packets.

Another way to use a few of those packets, particularly if you are leery of using products in your babe or you do not have enough of the same kind to fill a dispenser, would be to use them. The lavender washes make an gentle and scented wash for the lacy under things you can wear again after enduring weeks of panties and nursing bras.

With the plethora of conflicting information about baby powder security, sometimes it pays to err on the side of caution. The good thing is that baby powder is great for soaking up stains. Sprinkle some on the grease stains then brush it off until you wash and treat.

Even diaper rash cream packets can go beyond a single use - place diaper rash creams in a jar. Former sample containers work. Make sure the jar you use was thoroughly cleaned before use. Dip out the cream with cotton swab or a clean finger to prevent bacteria growth, and use just one brand.

By putting the cream in a dispenser with a pump eliminate the slippery baby syndrome. Use 1 brand and odor of lotion . A jar also works well and is great for the product left at the bottom of a bottle that the pump can't just reach.

Make life easier for yourself and stash a set of travel size products know you'll be spending plenty of time there anyway. Keep an empty package with the item data in a clear plastic sandwich bag until the sample has been consumed by you. You won't only have a listing of all the ingredients just in case but also the brand name. If you happen upon a product that disturbs your baby don't use it on your clothes or yourself especially if you are breastfeeding and contact your doctor. Samples are such treasures just eliminate the mess and have fun trying them all.
